These guys are excellent, first off I would like to say, after I bought my first rig, I got an email instantly saying my order was on preorder and if I wanted to swap. I ended up swapping and got my new order information sent over. After it was shipped, it felt like time flew, just got it today, packaged really well. I’ve used it a few times today and it works great, heats up really fast and super easy to use. At first I thought mine was faulty because it wasn’t heating up, but it will not heat up if your bowl isn’t screwed in all the way. After the bowls screwed in all the way, it will flash green. There’s nothing on the web that states that so I want to let anyone in the future know, just in case! Great customer service, fast shipping, great product. 100% worth it.
