To be eligible for the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
2. Buyers must submit returns within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the shipping cost is not refundable.
3. Return must be approved by customer support first (please don't send it back to the address on your package).
