How to Use the Tug 2.0?
Setup Instructions:
- Always keep your e-rig in an upright position! Tilting it during use may cause concentrate to spill from the bucket. With that cleared up...
- Charge the base using the included wall adapter and cable.
- When filling the tug 2.0 glass, remove it from the base and pour from the top. Be sure to wipe away any excess liquid.
- Avoid filling the bubbler beyond the bottom third (where the glass begins to curve; it requires minimal water!).
- Secure the bubbler onto the TUG Base by gently yet firmly pushing it straight down to ensure a proper seal at the bottom.
- Choose your preferred heat setting (it's advisable to start at a lower temperature if you're uncertain).

Manual Heating:
This option is straightforward: load a small dab (approximately the size of a grain of rice) into the heater and hold down the power button. Inhale as you wish.
Manual hold can also be utilized instead of double-pressing to conclude a session or to heat the device for easier cleaning.
After a full session is complete, if you fire the device again within 30 seconds, the pre-heat will run for a shorter duration to prevent the heater cup from reaching excessively high temperatures that would occur during a full pre-heat cycle. If you terminate the session midway, this reduced pre-heat cycle will not activate, and the device will heat up fully again.
Cold Starts:
This technique is ideal for maximizing flavor and preserving the material, as you begin inhaling the moment vapor starts to form. Vaping this way tends to result in slightly lower session temperatures, as the air circulating the heater slows down the heating process. You have the flexibility to initiate your inhale at any time; however, we recommend monitoring the button flashes. This allows you to begin inhaling after a specific number of flashes, ensuring a consistent and repeatable experience.
- Place a dab the size of a grain of rice into the heater.
- Press the fire button twice to engage session mode.
- When you notice the concentrate starting to bubble, gently inhale with the carb cap removed.
- Once the TUG base vibrates, reattach the carb cap and continue inhaling as usual.
- For additional inhales, proceed as desired. When the flavor diminishes, the vapor turns harsh, or production ceases, press the fire button once to terminate the session.
- If you have leftover material at the end of the session, simply press the fire button twice again and start vaping immediately. There’s no need to wait for the vibration, as your heater will already be near the optimal temperature for vaping. The second session will typically run slightly hotter than the first if initiated right away.
Hot Starts:
This method allows the heater to reach its maximum temperature for any given setting, making it the best choice for achieving rapid vapor production and effects.
- Press the power button twice to activate session mode.
- Load a dab onto your dab tool, again about the size of a grain of basmati rice.
- Wait for the TUG base to vibrate, signaling that the session temperature has been achieved.
- While gently inhaling, introduce the dab into the heater, then replace the carb cap and continue to inhale as you normally would.
- For subsequent inhales, feel free to continue as desired. The same rules apply to finishing your session: if your material is depleted, press the fire button once to end the session early. If you still have material remaining, simply press the button twice after the session concludes to restart it!
- As with cold starts, follow-up sessions will typically operate at a slightly higher temperature.
How to Clean it?
- After each use, carefully clean the heater with a Q-tip to maintain its performance.
- To prevent residue accumulation, make it a habit to clean the surrounding area of the RDA heater every week.
- Change the bubbler water every day for optimal freshness.
- For thorough cleaning of the bubbler, fill it with hot water and shake it gently to dislodge larger residues. Soak it in isopropyl alcohol (ISO) for a complete clean, and be sure to rinse it thoroughly with warm water afterward.
