One of the Best Core Upgrades
I’ve always been a huge fan of SZ Technologies. They’re the opposite of where a lot of the industry seems to be heading. No apps, no flashing lights, no bs. Just a big heater with plenty of reserve.
The 14mm hydrotube adapter was exactly what I was looking for. Being able to move the bubbler away from the base turns the Core XL into a proper desktop setup. Better layout, more glass options and no water sitting over the electronics.
What surprised me is how natural it feels. The Core still hits like a Core…. the adapter just lets it stretch its legs.
One of the best upgrades I’ve bought for it.
