What can I say. The Dabcool W2 Pro is pretty amazing. I would put it against the Puffco any day, especially for the fraction of the cost. It comes with 3 preset heating levels, which each level can be adjusted to the precise temp you want. The heat temp can be set to a maximum of 750 degrees. I found my perfect temp to be at 518 degrees. With a Sesh time of 68 seconds. Perfect fore enjoying your vape. It’s also great if your vaping with more than one person. Each person can set their own temperature and Sesh time, up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. You can also change the light color. Water doesn’t hit your mouth and you can put a decent amount for a smooth hit. I rocked the crap out of the original Dabcool W2. I would definitely recommend this vape. The 2 things I will point out is that on the old Dabcool W2 you were able to breakdown the atomizer to clean it or to change the cup from ceramic to quartz, and wish the base was a little bigger for more standing stability. The new W2 pro atomizer is a 3D heated atomizer, so temp heats up quick. Also the battery life is double. I can do without being able to clean the atomizer for how convenient and price is I like The Dabcool W2 Pro so much that I ordered 2

I agree would put this up against puffco love the light feature it’s awesome and I like the size the only thing I did notice is it plugs extremely fast but I guess it’s was definitely worth it still it hits like a champ and man does the glass fit on so tight that’s also awesome it also woulda been cool if it came with any accessories but also not a big deal would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

How do you get the cup out of the atomizer’s cup out for cleaning ?

Hi Marianne, The cup cannot be disassembled as it is a 3D atomizer. You can try to use a cloth or cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently remove any residue inside the atomizer. Be careful not to damage the heating element.. Best regards, Customer Service

Im going to give a 4🌟 here, SOLELY for the Dabcool W2 pro device. Since the death of my og puffco, I’ve been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative with the same capabilities as the actual Puffco devices.The Dabcool w2 pro I recieved had a bad atomizer, at 1st it didnt work at all, after taking it off and back on it then tried to work, but not getting hot enough to produce any vapor, no matter what the temp.setting was at, thus just melting & wasting concentrate. After contacting CS we discovered the replacement atomizers was out of stock, and they made sure we found an agreeable alternative and took care of me immediately! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever recieved was from PuffingMaster,such kind & caring people that take care of their customers. The faulty device wasn’t their fault at all, but yet still made right! So 4🌟 for the device, & 5+🌟 for PuffingMaster!
